INNOVATIVE LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES FOR BUSINESS

The Donkey Sanctuary, a charity with centres all over the world, identified that many of the supervisors and managers that work there, needed to develop their leadership qualities to ensure the continued growth of the organisation.

Carol Carpenter Training was asked to deliver a number of workshops covering management, leadership, communication skills, handling difficult situations, time management and team development. These workshops were delivered for staff from different centres around the world.

The results achieved occurred at all levels. Individuals reported feeling more confident about handling situations and better able to manage within their job. Teams were more cohesive, structured and motivated and the organisation as a whole continues to develop and expand across the globe.
