HOW TO FIND THE RIGHT TRAINER

Most companies will begin by looking at external trainers and consultants, but it is worth first looking at whether there is expertise in-house. Much inhouse training is untapped, and under utilised. People can feel valued by being asked to pass on expertise and experience.

Can they make suggestions about delivery approaches e.g modular-based, or all at once?
Do they come across as engaged and interested in your needs?
