Carol Carpenter Training have a long standing partnership with Babcock Marine. We deliver three main programmes; Recruitment and Selection, Appraisal and Review and Performance Management. Over many years we have supported the organization in its development of its appraisal and recruitment process.

Babcock Marine is the major support partner to the Royal Navy. They provide services to customers in the civil marine markets and have one of the largest naval design capabilities in the UK.
