October has been an amazing month with the team at Carol Carpenter Training working with a real cross section of our clients including The Go Ahead transport Group, Dorset Police, South Wales Police, Plymouth Citybus, Francis Clark, Babcock Marine, McDonalds, Sanlam Wealth, LEBC, Yarlington Housing, Mole Valley Farmers, Babcock Marine and the list goes on.
We're delighted to help our valued clients develop and support their leaders, managers and teams on the ground to prepare for a great 2014.
Carol Carpenter Training is proud to announce the opening of their new London office strategically located close to the Marble Arch Tube Station just opposite Hyde Park.
Unusually for the team at Carol Carpenter Training, August turned out to be an extremely busy and productive month. We had to forgo our usual “time-out” period to accommodate the needs of some of our clients. We were also very much in demand to attend a growing number of introductory meetings.
We worked with our client CVS Vets, who continue to grow at a rapid speed and Ocean Housing to support their regular induction programme throughout the growth of their commercial arm. We connected with Primark and Companion Care Vets who are completing their acquisition of the Pets4U Group (part of Pets At Home).
The month closed on a very high note with the delivery of a 2 day team leader programme for Virgin Trains with superb feedback. There is a lot of work to progress throughout the last business quarter.
We're almost at the end of July, and what a month it's been.
Karen Broad, Learning and Development Manager at Virgin Trains has invited us to take on yet another project following an extremely effective piece of work delivered in April. Karen said " The feedback from the new employees you delivered the training to was great, they really retained the underpinning knowledge and best of all, the use the skills".
We find ourselves at the end of May looking back at a superb month.
Our client LEBC are not just a client, they've become close business partners.
Our clients who through their teams strengthen important skills, can see a boost to their bottom line. The weather throughout March and now April has been cold and depressing and we're rising above it! Our client base becomes more and more diverse with great companies like Plymouth City Bus, potentially Sainsburys and EDF have asked us to re-engage with them. Many of our clients are in social housing and well done to them for driving forward well thought through strategies to deal with the welfare reform changes. The theme for April should be positivity!
Our clients LEBC are consistently delighted with our working partnership... a year on and Carol Carpenter Training continues to be described as "always a breath of fresh air".
