Carol Carpenter Training is proud to be working with CVS Vets – the UK’s market leader in the provision of veterinary services.
Over the last 12 months we’ve delivered a pilot managers programme with outstanding feedback and results resulting in an invitation to work in national partnership with CVS to design and roll out a Leadership programme which started May 2012.
The programme covers all aspects of practice and personal leadership, providing core leadership skills and behavioural training while preparing managers for senior posts in the future.
An exciting recent project has seen the creation of a mentors group and Carol Carpenter Training have trained a senior team in Mentoring skills. There is currently a waiting list for managers who wish to go on next year’s programme so the future is looking good for this close and effective business relationship.
