Carol Carpenter Training won the contract to provide a Change Management programme for business to business managers.

We have specifically included in the programme I-Sense and I-Change to address the challenge of increasing compliance within the company. The programme focuses on how managers engage people in a way that they themselves want to change, rather than change being imposed upon them.
