Carol Carpenter Training has been working in partnership with Mole Valley Farmers over the last twelve moths to deliver supervisory management programmes, leadership and management programmes, and a customer care pilot project. We have also facillitated coaching for team managers, supervisors and directors of the business.

Mole Valley Farmers is one of a few true co-operatives in the farm supply and retail industry. They offer a wide range of farming supplies & equipment including equestrian, farming, clothing and smallholding products.
