Over the last 10 years Carol Carpenter Training have worked with all employees.

For managers we have provided programmes covering coaching, motivation, communication, time management, team leadership, delegation, dealing with difficult situations. We have also provided customer service training for negotiators and support teams using the I-Sense model and continue to facilitate company conferences.
