Carol Carpenter Training enjoy a valuable and effective business partnership with the Yarlington Housing Group, a housing association based in Somerset.
They employ over 300 people and have ambitions built upon the principle that their core frontline services meet their customer’s expectations.
Carol Carpenter Training have, and are focusing on helping Yarlington to achieve these goals via their people, and have delivered a middle management development programme, supported by specific coaching over a period of 3 months. Plans have been agreed to undertake further “people developmment” based projects throughout 2012.
